Business account details (email, business name), pass content you upload, claim data (wallet address, timestamp), and basic technical/analytics data.

To operate the claim/collect flow, run your dashboard, and improve the product.
4. How businesses may use customer information
You may use claim data (wallet, timestamp) to verify redemptions and understand repeat visits. You may not sell or misuse this data.
5. When we share information
With service providers that power PercPass (hosting, storage, the Hedera network) and when required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
PercPass uses minimal, functional cookies for authentication sessions.
7. Blockchain privacy
Claim transactions are recorded on Hedera, a public network. Wallet addresses are visible on-chain by design.
8. Data retention
Account and claim data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after for support purposes.
9. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.
10. Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
11. Children's data
PercPass is not directed at children under 13.
12. International use
Data may be processed in the country where our infrastructure providers operate.
