1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using PercPass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What PercPass provides
PercPass lets businesses create digital loyalty passes that customers claim as NFTs on the Hedera network, without requiring customers to understand blockchain.
3. Business accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your pass content and for honoring any reward you describe. PercPass is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. Canceling stops future billing; previously published passes keep working for customers who already claimed them.
5. Fair use
Extremely high-volume or automated claim patterns may be rate-limited to keep the network usable for everyone.
6. NFTs, wallets, and blockchain
Passes are minted as NFTs on Hedera. Customers control their own wallet; PercPass does not have custody of customer assets.
7. Customer claims and data
Claim data (wallet address, timestamp, pass claimed) is visible to the issuing business to support redemption and program tracking.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use PercPass to issue passes for illegal offers, fraud, or content that violates applicable law.
9. Content and IP
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant PercPass a license to display it as part of the claim flow.
10. Third-party services
PercPass relies on third parties including Hedera, HashPack/WalletConnect, and cloud storage providers.
11. Service changes
Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time; sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers and liability
PercPass is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered.
